TULSA, Oklahoma, Dec. 17 -- Public Service Company of Oklahoma, a unit of American Electric Power, issued the following news release: The Blackwell Youth Center (BYS) in Blackwell, Oklahoma is receiving a $10,000 American Electric Power Foundation grant to help the non-profit continue its mission of providing a safe haven for local children to grow and learn.
