Todd Cover, President and CEO of Belmont Savings Bank, will serve as keynote speaker for West Liberty University's (WLU) Fall Commencement Ceremony, taking place at 11 a.m., Saturday, December 14, in the Academic, Sports and Recreation Complex (ASRC).
Cover, a distinguished alum of West Liberty University, graduated in 1998 with bachelor's degree in marketing and management.
