Hendrix College on November 9 fielded two teams at the Mid-Central region gathering of the International Collegiate Programming Contest at the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith coming away with first- and eighth-place finishes among the 17 teams that attended at that location.

LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas, Nov. 20 -- Southwest Power Pool, a corporation mandated by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to ensure supplies of power, transmission infrastructure and wholesale electricity prices, issued the following news release:
