Savannah River National Laboratory Receives $6M to Lead Projects Advancing Fusion Energy Research
AIKEN, South Carolina, Oct. 30 (TNSres) -- The U.S. Department of Energy's Savannah River National Laboratory issued the following news release:
Savannah River National Laboratory will receive $6 million to lead two projects related to Laboratory Foundational Science Programs in Fusion Materials, Nuclear Science, and Enabling Technologies.
The two projects receiving funding include: 1) Non-Aqueous 2-D Material Based Hydrogen Isotope Separation, led by principal investigator Dale Hitchcock; and

AIKEN, South Carolina, Oct. 30 -- The U.S. Department of Energy's Savannah River Site issued the following news release:
Savannah River Nuclear Solutions (SRNS), the managing and operating contractor at the Savannah River Site (SRS), and Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) are partnering with multiple universities to develop next-generation technology and personnel pipelines in advancement of the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA)'s two-site pit production mission.
