Today, the U.S. Department of Transportation's Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) announced $196 million in grants, funded by the Biden-Harris Administration's Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, to repair and replace aging natural gas pipes.
