WASHINGTON, Oct. 22 -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Immigration and Customs Enforcement issued the following news release:
BOSTON Enforcement and Removal Operations Boston apprehended an unlawfully present Guatemalan noncitizen charged with aggravated rape, witness intimidation and indecent assault and battery of a Massachusetts resident.
