MOBILE, Alabama, Oct. 17 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Alabama issued the following news release: AM/NS Calvert, LLC was sentenced to a three years' probation and a $750,000 fine on October 10, 2024, for failure to report violations under the Clean Air Act.
