Wis. U.S. Attorney: California Woman Sentenced to 8 Years for Attempting to Possess Methamphetamine for Distribution
MADISON, Wisconsin, Oct. 8 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Wisconsin issued the following news release: Timothy M. O'Shea, United States Attorney for the Western District of Wisconsin, announced that Heather Carter, 50, Santa Monica, California, was sentenced August 22, 2024, by Chief U.S. District Judge James D.
