WASHINGTON, Sept. 9 -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security Federal Emergency Management Agency issued the following news release: The Line Fire in Southern California has spread to more than 20,000 acres, forced the evacuation of thousands of homes in San Bernadino County and is threatening more than 36,000 structures. FEMA Authorizes Funds to Fight Rail Ridge Fire in Oregon
WASHINGTON, Sept. 9 -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security Federal Emergency Management Agency issued the following news release: BOTHELL, Wash. The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) authorized the use of federal funds to help with firefighting costs for the Rail Ridge Fire burning in Grant, Crook and Wheeler counties, Oregon.
