Texas A.G. Paxton Announces 30-State Settlement to End Interstate Unclaimed Property Litigation
AUSTIN, Texas, Aug. 31 -- Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton issued the following news release: Texas, along with a bipartisan coalition of 29 other states, has reached a settlement ending the outstanding damages phase of an unclaimed property dispute before the U.S. Supreme Court.
