Disaster Recovery Centers to Open in Albert Lea and Worthington
WASHINGTON, Aug. 26 -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security Federal Emergency Management Agency issued the following news release:
ST. PAUL FEMA/State Disaster Recovery Centers will open Tuesday, August 27, 2024, to help residents kickstart their recovery after the severe storms and flooding of June 16 July 4.

Minn. U.S. Attorney: Rochester Man Sentenced to Prison for Trafficking Methamphetamine
ST. PAUL, Minnesota, Aug. 27 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Minnesota issued the following news release:
A Rochester man has been sentenced to 240 months followed by five years of supervised release for conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine, announced United States Attorney Andrew M. Luger.
