RANDOLPH AFB, Texas, Aug. 21 -- The U.S. Air Force Air Education and Training Command issued the following news:
On August 15, 2005, Hurricane Katrina made landfall as a Category 3 and quickly became one of the most devastating natural disasters in the history of the United States.
