PHOENIX Today, Rep. Ruben Gallego (AZ-03) sent a letter to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) urging the Agency to use administrative flexibility to work with the City of Yuma to ensure that PM10 particulate matter standards are effectively targeting air pollution at the source. The City of Yuma's unique position on the border means much of the City's air pollution is outside of its control.

WASHINGTON, Aug. 22 -- Rep. Juan Ciscomani, R-Arizona, issued the following news release:
U.S. Congressman Juan Ciscomani (AZ-06) sent a letter to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Inspector General Joseph Cuffari requesting a comprehensive investigation into the use of federal funds by Catholic Community Services' Casa Alitas in Tucson, Arizona.
So far, in Fiscal Year 2024, Pima County has received $21,827,581 through the Federal Emergency Management Agency's Shelter and Services Program
