WHEELING, West Virginia, Aug. 20 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of West Virginia issued the following news release:
Solomon Eli Watters, 28, of Cleveland, Ohio, was sentenced today to 151 months in federal prison for his role in a drug trafficking conspiracy in Ohio County.
