WHEELING, West Virginia, Aug. 14 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of West Virginia issued the following news release:
Michael E. Stout, 63, of Smithfield, West Virginia, has admitted to possession with the intent to distribute methamphetamine.
