Mass. U.S. Attorney: Lynn Man Sentenced for Counterfeit Pill Trafficking Conspiracy
BOSTON, Massachusetts, Aug. 6 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Massachusetts issued the following news release on Aug. 5, 2024:
A Lynn man was sentenced today in federal court for his role in a North Shore-based drug trafficking organization (DTO) that distributed tens of thousands of counterfeit prescription pills containing fentanyl and methamphetamine.
Nelson Mora, 31, was sentenced by U.S. District Court Chief Judge F. Dennis Saylor IV to 44 months in prison, followed
