Starting July 1, file shares under U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) control were set to read-only to meet Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA) Executive Order (EXORD) 188-21 Fragmentary Order (FRAGO) 8 requirements.
