WASHINGTON, July 24 -- The U.S. Department of Justice issued the following news release:
Prysmian Cables and Systems USA LLC (Prysmian), located in Abbeville, South Carolina, has agreed to pay $920,000 to settle allegations that it violated the False Claims Act by knowingly falsifying test results and failing to conduct required testing on military cable, known as M13486 cable, that was used in vehicles manufactured for use by the military. N.J. U.S. Attorney: South Carolina Individuals Sentenced for Roles in Gun Trafficking Conspiracy
NEWARK, New Jersey, July 24 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey issued the following news release on July 23, 2024:
Six South Carolina individuals have been sentenced for conspiring to illegally sell firearms, including nine handguns, in New Jersey, U.S. Attorney Philip R. Sellinger announced today.
