BECKLEY, West Virginia, July 2 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia issued the following news release: Mannie Lamar Terry, also known as "Primo" and "J," 37, of Ypsilanti, Michigan, pleaded guilty today to distribution of fentanyl.
