Center for Economic & Policy Research: The High Black Employment Rate Nationally Obscures Differences at the State Level
WASHINGTON, June 18 -- The Center for Economic and Policy Research issued the following news release: Although Black employment is currently the highest in a generation, things look different at the state level.
