Ashcroft Announces Records Preservation Grants to Local Governments
JEFFERSON CITY, Missouri, June 22 -- Missouri Secretary of State John R. Ashcroft issued the following news release:
Secretary of State Jay Ashcroft recently awarded over $381,000 in grants to assist local governments with records management and preservation projects for the coming fiscal year.

PORTLAND, Oregon, June 22 -- The U.S. Justice Department's Drug Enforcement Administration's Seattle Division issued the following news release on June 21, 2024:
The leader of an international drug trafficking organization operating in Lane County, Oregon, responsible for trafficking large quantities of methamphetamine, heroin, and cocaine into the state between 2018 and 2020, was sentenced to federal prison today.
