FRESNO, California, June 19 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of California issued the following news release on June 18, 2024:
Arsen Tonoyan, 46, formerly residing in Los Angeles, pleaded guilty today to assault on a federal officer or employee that inflicted bodily injury, U.S. Attorney Phillip A. Talbert announced.
