CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa, June 19 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Iowa issued the following news release: A Pennsylvania man who organized a scheme to defraud the government out of COVID-19 pandemic loan moneys pled guilty on June 14, 2024, in federal court in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
