Ariz. A.G. Mayes Reaches $700 Million National Settlement Against Johnson and Johnson
PHOENIX, Arizona, June 12 -- Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes issued the following news release on June 11, 2024:
Attorney General Kris Mayes and 42 other state attorneys general reached a $700 million nationwide settlement to resolve allegations related to the marketing of Johnson & Johnson's baby powder and body powder products that contained talc.
