ALBUQUERQUE, New Mexico, June 13 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of New Mexico issued the following news release:
An Albuquerque man pleaded guilty in federal court to engaging in the business of dealing firearms without a license and possession of a machine gun conversion device.

N.M. U.S. Attorney: Mexican National Sentenced for Transportation Resulting in Death
ALBUQUERQUE, New Mexico, June 13 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of New Mexico issued the following news release:
A Mexican national was sentenced to 10 years in prison for his role as a foot guide in a deadly alien smuggling conspiracy where he threatened witnesses to cover up his involvement after one migrant died from heat exposure in the New Mexico desert.
There is no parole in the federal system.
