National Institute of Allergy & Infectious Diseases: High H5N1 Influenza Levels Found in Mice Given Raw Milk From Infected Dairy Cows
WASHINGTON, May 25 (TNSres) -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases issued the following news release:
Mice administered raw milk samples from dairy cows infected with H5N1 influenza experienced high virus levels in their respiratory organs and lower virus levels in other vital organs, according to findings published in the New England Journal of Medicine. Wis. Department of Employee Trust: GIB Sets 2025 Health Insurance Program Rates
MADISON, Wisconsin, May 25 -- The Wisconsin Department of Employee Trust Funds issued the following news on May 24, 2024:
The Group Insurance Board (GIB) has set premium rates for 2025, while taking action to stabilize the reserve of the State of Wisconsin Group Health Insurance Program. The Board also approved health plan service areas for the 2025 plan year at its meeting yesterday.
