Ohio U.S. Attorney: Middletown Man Sentenced to 5 Years in Prison for Possessing Firearm as Part of Drug Trafficking
CINCINNATI, Ohio, May 17 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Ohio issued the following news release on May 16, 2024:
Christopher Lawrence Spicer, 23, of Middletown, was sentenced in U.S. District Court today to 60 months in prison for possessing a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime. Spicer led local officers on a high-speed chase in spring 2023 before being arrested.
