FEC Cites Committees for Failure to File 12-Day Pre-Primary Financial Report
WASHINGTON, May 11 -- The Federal Election Commission issued the following news release on May 10, 2024:
The Federal Election Commission cited five campaign committees today for failing to file the 12-Day Pre-Primary Report required by the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971, as amended (the Act), for primary elections being held on May 14, 2024 in Maryland and West Virginia.
As of May 10, 2024, the required disclosure report had not been received from:
- Chris Bruneau for Congress (MD-01)
