Students from Altus High School's robotics classes visited the 97th Communications Squadron at Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, May 2, 2024.
Airmen from the unit informed the students about the different opportunities in the Air Force and the responsibilities the communications squadron holds at the base.

U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Oklahoma: Retail Theft Ringleader Sentenced
TULSA, Oklahoma, May 11 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Oklahoma issued the following news release on May 9, 2024:
A Tulsa woman who led a large retail theft operation was sentenced today for one count of conspiracy; 165 counts of wire fraud; one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud; two counts of conspiracy to commit money laundering; and 40 counts relating to engaging in monetary transactions in property derived from specified unlawful activity.
