The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) settled an administrative penalty case with Professional Contract Sterilization, Inc. (PCS) for alleged violations of Clean Air Act reporting requirements at their Ethylene Oxide sterilization facility in Taunton, Massachusetts.
