The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), the nation's largest Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization, today announced settlement of a lawsuit over the Warren Country Regional Jail in Bowling Green, Kentucky, depriving a Muslim woman of her religious rights by forcing her to remove her hijab, taking a booking photograph without it and allowing the photo to remain
