MINOT AFB, North Dakota, April 11 -- The U.S. Air Force Minot Air Force Base issued the following news on April 10, 2024:

Taking effect April 1, 2024, Airmen and Guardians assigned to at least a year-long tour at one of seven Air and Space Force bases where temperatures often drop to -20 degrees or colder, are eligible to receive a one-time, lump-sum bonus ranging from $1,000 to $4,000.
