ALBUQUERQUE, New Mexico, April 12 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of New Mexico issued the following news release on April 11, 2024: A federal grand jury returned an indictment yesterday charging Jaremy Smith with the murder of New Mexico State Police Officer Justin Hare.
