The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) has released a new document entitled "An Overview of the Department of Justice Grant Process" that provides a short, useable summary of the DOJ grant opportunities for fiscal year (FY) 2024 to assist law enforcement agencies, local governments, and other organizations interested in applying for DOJ grants.

Miss. U.S. Attorney: Pascagoula Man Sentenced to 6 Years in Prison for Possession With Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine
GULFPORT, Mississippi, April 11 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Mississippi issued the following news release on April 10, 2024:
A Pascagoula man was sentenced in federal court today to 72 months in prison for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
Jerome Clifton Clegg, 39, was sentenced in U.S. District Court in Gulfport.
