WASHINGTON, April 5 -- The U.S. Department of Defense's Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency issued the following news release on April 4, 2024: The Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) announced today that Navy Electrician's Mate 3rd Class (EM3c) Charles D.
