Alaska Attorney General Treg Taylor drew inspiration from a federal judge blocking a federal rule yesterday that tried to coerce state highway departments to measure and reduce CO2 emissions on roadways. BILLINGS, Montana, April 4 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Montana issued the following news release on April 3, 2024:
