CHEYENNE, Wyoming, March 22 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Wyoming issued the following news release: Brennon Scott, age 35, of Lander, Wyoming, was arraigned on Mar. 22 for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
