Corps Partners With Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe for Underground Water Study

PAUL, Minnesota, March 20 -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers-St. Paul District issued the following news release: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, and the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe, Minnesota, will partner on a groundwater water study for the tribe's Bug O Nay Ge Shig School to understand the flow of water in the vicinity of the school. Joint Combat Exercise Southern Strike Concludes in Mississippi
GULFPORT, Mississippi, March 20 -- The U.S. Air Force issued the following news: By 2nd Lt. Harrison Matheny, 186th Air Refueling Wing Military members from all departments of the U.S. armed forces participated in the Southern Strike 2024-1 joint combat exercise at Gulfport Combat Readiness Training Center March 4-15.
