CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa, March 20 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Iowa issued the following news release: Terrance Buescher, age 58, from Rock Valley, Iowa, pled guilty on March 15, 2024, in federal court in Sioux City, to conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine. Juan Cardona-Tinajero, 34, from Guadalajara, Mexico, was convicted of one count of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine, one count of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, and being an illegal alien in United States.
