ELKINS, West Virginia, March 19 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of West Virginia issued the following news release on March 18, 2024: William Albert Flinn, Jr., age 45, of Moorefield West Virginia, was sentenced today to 195 months in federal prison for methamphetamine and firearms charges.
