ALBUQUERQUE, New Mexico, March 14 -- The city of Albuquerque issued the following news: APD launched a new program using data gathered from ShotSpotter technology to proactively address gun violence in Albuquerque neighborhoods. The pilot program led to a 47% decrease in gunshot detections in a Southeast neighborhood.
