WASHINGTON, March 14 -- The Southern Environmental Law Center issued the following news release on March 13, 2024: Today President Biden announced $3.3 billion awarded through the Reconnecting Communities and Neighborhoods Program to projects in over 40 states that will help reconnect and rebuild communities divided by transportation infrastructure.
