ALBUQUERQUE, New Mexico, March 5 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of New Mexico issued the following news release on March 4, 2024: Alexander M.M. Uballez, United States Attorney for the District of New Mexico, and Raul Bujanda, Special Agent in Charge of the FBI Albuquerque Field Office, announced today that Mario Guizar-Anchondo pled guilty in federal court to possession with intent to distribute fentanyl and possessing a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.   more
