Md. U.S. Attorney: Maryland Correctional Officer Pleads Guilty to Conspiracy to Obstruct Justice and Destruction of Records Related to Cover-Up of Excessive Force Incident
BALTIMORE, Maryland, Feb. 22 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Maryland issued the following news release:
David Quillen, 37, of Ocean View, Delaware, a correctional officer at the Eastern Correctional Institution ("ECI") in Westover, Maryland, pleaded guilty today to conspiring to obstruct justice and to destruction of records, related to covering up evidence that a fellow officer at ECI had unlawfully assaulted an inmate.
