INTERNATIONAL FALLS, Minnesota, Feb. 9 -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Customs and Border Protection issued the following news release: U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Office of Field Operations officers at the International Falls Port of Entry recently targeted rail containers destined to arrive in Minnesota.
