Broadband Forum: First Broadband Vendors Successfully Pass VOMCI Interoperability Testing
FREMONT, California, Nov. 15 -- The Broadband Forum issued the following news release:
The first three broadband network vendors have completed interoperability testing for the Broadband Forum's vOMCI standard (TR-451) at a plugfest held at the University of New Hampshire's InterOperability Lab (UNH-IOL) between June and September 2023.

Institute for Justice: Court Sides With Families and Dismisses Challenge to New Hampshire Education Freedom Accounts
CONCORD, New Hampshire, Nov. 15 -- The Institute for Justice issued the following news release on Nov. 14, 2023:
Today, the Merrimack Superior Court ruled against a legal challenge to New Hampshire's Education Freedom Account (EFA) Program, siding with the state and parents who intervened with the help of the Institute for Justice (IJ). Presiding Justice Amy L. Ignatius determined that the Legislature "established proper safeguards and did not impermissibly delegate a government function."
