BLM seeks public comment for oil and gas lease sale in North Dakota
WASHINGTON, Nov. 16 -- The U.S. Department of the Interior Bureau of Land Management issued the following news release:
The Bureau of Land Management Montana-Dakotas State Office today opened a 30-day public comment period to receive public input on 31 oil and gas parcels totaling 6,510 acres that may be included in an upcoming lease sale in North Dakota. The comment period ends Dec. 18, 2023.

FARGO, North Dakota, Nov. 14 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of North Dakota, Mac Schneider, issued the following news release:
United States Attorney Mac Schneider, District of North Dakota, announced that Cody James Belgarde, age 36, from St. Michael, ND, was found guilty of the charges of Second-Degree Murder and Arson.
