HOT SPRINGS, South Dakota, Aug. 23 -- The U.S. Department of the Interior's National Park Service issued the following news release: A new National Park Service (NPS) report shows that 607,418 visitors to Wind Cave National Park in 2022 spent $52.7 million in communities near the park. That spending supported 741 jobs in the local area and had a cumulative benefit to the local economy of $75 million.
