ABERDEEN, South Dakota, April 20 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of South Dakota, Alison J. Ramsdell, issued the following news release: United States Attorney Alison J. Ramsdell announced that a federal grand jury has indicted a Sisseton, South Dakota, man for First Degree Murder. Jay Adams, Jr., age 57, was indicted in April of 2023.
