BOISE, Idaho, March 8 (TNSres) -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Natural Resources Conservation Service Idaho office issued the following news release: The Natural Resources Conservation Service in Idaho has released the March Water Supply Outlook Report for the 2023 water year (WY23).
